If you have received your kit, and have decided not to use it, you may return the unopened, unused kit within 30 days of purchase ship date, for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Refunds are issued upon receipt of unopened, unused kits and typically take up to 5 business days to process.
Vinyl Renu™ Gallon, DIY Kits and Contractor Pail Kit:
If you have received your Vinyl Renu, and have decided not to use it, you may return the unopened, unused product within 30 days of purchase ship date, for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are given upon receipt of unopened, unused product.

Unfortunately due to the high labor and specialized manufacturing of custom tints our Wood Armor Tinted products are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.

We strongly encourage you to call or email with questions if you encounter problems with the use of our product. It is our passion to help you obtain beautiful, long-lasting results!

If you use Shutter Renu™ and are not satisfied with the results (despite our help), you may request a refund by emailing pictures of your project to info@theunitedsports.com, within 30 days of purchase ship date. A refund of purchase price, less shipping, will be given upon receipt of email with photos.
No Refunds for used Vinyl Renu™ Gallons, DIY Kits or Contractor Pail Kits.
If you would like to try our product before purchasing a large amount, please order a Sample. When you see how well Vinyl Renu™ works, simply call or email us to order larger quantities. We will credit you the cost of the sample toward your purchase.
There are no partial refunds for “leftover” products from kits. We encourage you to use Shutter Renu™ on other projects around your home. Please see Testimonials and FAQ’s for ideas!
